Delivery & Returns

Delivery:

Estimated dispatch: As the sofas are bespoke made, the estimated dispatch is between 6-8 weeks once the order is place. (Please add 3-6 weeks for delivery).

The shipping service we provide is kerbside delivery only, please note the courier will not enter your property to deliver your sofa. 

All sale items will be charged £100 for shipping. 

Returns:

As all of our sofas are bespoke and made to order, unfortunately we cannot offer returns. However, our tailored sofa concierge service will make sure that the sofa you choose is the perfect sofa for you, and you'll love it!
